A consulting solution is a solution to a problem, in the form of a planning report, with a service period of approximately 3-4 months; Dynamic consultant is a series of tracking services that guide the implementation of a solution after completion, such as decision consultant, marketing consultant, resource integration consultant, etc. The service period is determined by the actual needs of the client, usually one year, but can also be two to three years. Fee format: The consulting plan will be charged at a fixed fee (installment payment); Dynamic consultants are charged based on time, on a monthly basis, and on a quarterly or semi annual basis.

Does Sark consulting participate in the competition?

Answer: Sirui Ark will not participate in the draft competition (proposal bidding). In the preliminary negotiation and communication, Sirui Ark will fully understand the customer's relevant situation and allow the customer to also fully understand Sirui Ark. After collaborating with Sark consulting, how will the service schedule be arranged and when will the first results be produced?

Answer: After the cooperation is reached, the think tank team will conduct a market research for about 10 days. The outline of the consulting plan (preliminary ideas) can be submitted within about 30 working days, and the mid-term results of the consulting plan can be completed within about 20 working days. The final draft will be formed within about 30 working days. The dynamic consultant shall be flexible and flexible according to the needs of Party A, and may provide on-site services if necessary.
